Training that becomes skill. Skill Reality builds AI coaching for frontline workers, delivered hands-free on AI display glasses. The camera sees the real task. The AI guides the worker through it step by step, with on-lens prompts and open-ear audio. Then it confirms the skill was performed correctly — on the actual job, not in a simulator. Most frontline training is still watched, not performed. Slides, videos, LMS modules. Research on training transfer puts the share still being applied a year later at around a third. In manufacturing, food and beverage, and warehousing and logistics, that gap isn't only a cost. It's a safety incident, a failed audit, a new hire who takes months to reach competency.
